Dr. David C. Ameho
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & President

David C. Ameho holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, St. Petersburg, Russia, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Electrotechnical, St. Petersburg, Russia. Mr. Ameho has over 20 years of management experience in Information Technology, Sales and International Business. Mr. Ameho has worked in various companies such as CanCom Systems (California, USA), Computerland (London, UK), Mega PC Systems (California, USA), Chief Auto Parts (California, USA) to mention few. Mr. Ameho is currently the faculty advisor at two Southern California Universities. Brought up in Nigeria, Mr. Ameho is widely traveled in Africa, Europe, Asia and the United States. Mr. Ameho is fluent in several languages, including English, Russian, Polish, Ewe and Yoruba.

Nitish John
Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mr. John earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation & Controls from Gujarat University, India. As EVP and CTO of Nubia, Mr. John is the architect of technology solutions and products offered by Nubia. Mr. John has over 10 years of Software Engineering experience in areas of Business Solutions, Networking, Wireless Communication, System Security, Web Design and Databases. Mr. John has held distinguished positions as Software Engineer and Systems Architect at Motorola, Qualcomm, Costco, Integrated Media Systems Center IMSC at USC, TUKATECH, Inc. (California, USA), TUKAweb, Inc. (California, USA) and Indian Space Research Organization ISRO (India). Brought up in India, Mr. John is well traveled in Southeast Asian countries and the United States.

Udee Onyioha
Chief Graphics Artist

Udee Kama Onyioha has over 13 years experience in Information Services, and Web Development. Mr. Onyioha has worked at a number of companies such as Mobil Oil, Stream International, Nokia Cellular Phones, Deloitte and Touche, and the City of Whittier California as the city’s Webmaster. Mr.Onyioha is an ordained Priest, and a graduate in Natural Theology from the Chiist (Godian) Academy in Nigeria. He was also educated in the United States at Devry University in Irving, Texas. He is a certified Web developer, and Graphic Artist.

Harriet John
Director of Marketing & Human Resources

Harriet John is responsible for the coordination, planning, and implementation of all aspects of marketing, user-interface experience, web-accessibility and human resources at Nubia. With a wealth of knowledge in web accessibility, Ms. John provides her expertise in maximizing user experience on the internet. Ms. John has professional experience in human resources in technology, bio-tech and education fields. Ms. John holds a Master of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University in California, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Ms. John is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and is learning American Sign Language. Her past accomplishments also include volunteering for Americorp in Alabama to assist adults with developmental disabilities and being nominated as a YWCA Young Woman of Distinction in Vancouver, Canada.
